Refund Policy

All sales are final

Aceloop is a digital good delivered immediately on purchase. Plus Monthly and Plus Yearly subscriptions grant access from the first successful charge. Because of that, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

We try to make the buying decision easy before you pay. The Free tier ships the full product for three problems with no credit card. Run it against your real coding platform end-to-end, confirm everything works on your machine, and only upgrade once it has earned the upgrade.

Try Free before you commit

Free is the unconditional pre-purchase test. You get three full problems with the same kernel-resident stack, the same stealth, and the same model access that paid tiers ship. If Aceloop doesn't work on your hardware, browser, or interview platform, you'll find out before you put a card down.

Use Free as the trial. We won't substitute a refund window for it.

Subscriptions — cancel any time

Plus Monthly and Plus Yearly can be cancelled at any time from the Subscription tab in your dashboard. When you cancel:

  • Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made.
  • Already-charged time is not refunded or pro-rated.

Technical issues we caused

If a defect on our end prevents you from using Aceloop as advertised — install failure, an environment we don't actually support, a regression we shipped — email support@aceloop.ai with your order ID and a short description. Defects we cause are on us. We'll fix the issue or, at our discretion, refund the affected charge. Compatibility problems you could have caught with the Free tier do not qualify.

Statutory rights

Where consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction (for example, the EU's Consumer Rights Directive 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases) grants you statutory rights, those rights are not affected by this policy. Where mandated by law, contact support@aceloop.ai with your order ID and the specific statute you are exercising; we will process eligible requests within 14 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We respond to support email within one business day. Chargebacks filed without prior contact will be disputed with Stripe, and the associated account and license key will be revoked while the dispute is open. Confirmed fraudulent chargebacks result in permanent revocation.
